Traveling is changing fast as passengers demand smarter, safer and smoother ways to move around. At SmartRail Europe 2017 Teleste will highlight how to build up an intelligent public transport system that provides attractive services to your customers and helps you increase ridership. Teleste state-of-the-art transportation technology includes high profile international customers such as french giant operator SNCF, Bombardier, Alstom, DB, CAF, Swedish Transport Administration or Chicago Transit authority

Utilizing information and communication technologies, and implementing mobility have made it possible to adopt new, smart services into traveling. Operators can e.g. bring relevant and up-to-date travel information to passengers when needed, guide passengers during the journey, and improve their safety and security on stations, platforms and vehicles. By providing a smooth and safe passenger experience, operators will be able to increase customer loyalty and ridership, whilst ensuring efficient people flow.

“When building modern, digital transport systems, passenger services definitely deserve a focus. Today’s passengers want smarter, safer and smoother ways to move around and transport operators need to answer to their demand to build up an attractive service,” said Kimmo Ylander, Business Line Director of City Transport for Teleste. “We are looking forward to meeting you at SmartRail 2017 to discuss how our solution will be able to help you bring ease and efficiency to travelling, both onboard and at stations.”
